Use Urnle as a reflective tool, not a crisis service.

The service

Urnle provides semi-private (with AI only) journaling, and optional human guide review. Guides are not therapists, doctors, attorneys, financial advisors, or emergency responders.

Urnle is not intended for emergencies, crisis intervention, diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice. If you may harm yourself or someone else, or if you need urgent help, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource immediately.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Use accurate account information and do not attempt to hack into, or steal passwords or other credentials for another person's journal or guide workspace.

The Boggler Inc. may use automated systems, manual review, or both to assess compliance with these terms. We may refuse service or immediately restrict, deactivate, or terminate an account when we reasonably determine that its owner or activity cannot or will not comply with these terms. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, we are not required to provide a detailed explanation of an enforcement decision.

Termination may result in permanent deletion of the account and associated content in accordance with our retention practices. Before deletion is completed, an authenticated account holder may use Urnle's data-export feature even if ordinary use of the account has been suspended. You are responsible for downloading any export you wish to keep while it remains available.

Your content

You are responsible for what you write and upload. Your journal is private from human guides by default. When you invite a human guide and they accept, you authorize that guide to access and review the full journal in that account using their urnle proprietary guidance view. Invited guides can view all your entries in your Urnle journal and conversations with Gurnle, including existing and newly created entries and attached media, until you revoke access or the guide relationship otherwise ends. In that case your journal becomes private again.

You retain responsibility for your journal content. By using Urnle, you give us permission to store, process, display, and transmit your content as needed to operate the service and provide features you request (share with AI Guidance or human guides).

AI Guidance

AI Guidance may be incomplete, mistaken, or poorly suited to your circumstances. Treat it as a reflective prompt, not as a source of ultimate truth or professional advice. GurnleAI is encouraged to have an opinion. Like all opinions it is essentially an individual opinion. It doesn't need to be accepted as your opinion too.

Human guide relationships

Human guide feedback is personal reflection and peer perspective. It should not replace professional care, emergency support, legal advice, financial advice, or medical treatment.

Guides must respect journaler privacy, respond within the product boundaries, and avoid presenting themselves as licensed professionals unless a separate verified professional offering is explicitly provided. Guides should not copy content out of Urnle. Content in Urnle journals is shared in confidence and is supposed to remain 1-to-1 between the journaler and the invited human guide(s) if any.

You can revoke a guide's access through the product. Revocation ends that guide's future in-product access to your journal, but it does not erase content the guide previously viewed or records in violation of the Urnle terms of use. Awareness of this should be noted by journalers. Urnle may retain records to operate the service, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations - however it is standard for Urnle to simply delete all journal content and guide relationships if and when you delete your account. This is the default behavior of Urnle. If and when you delete your account, your content is gone forever.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid features, AI Guidance, guide relationships, and donations may be billed through payment providers. Prices, renewal terms, cancellation flows, and refund eligibility are shown during purchase or in the relevant account experience.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Urnle to harass, exploit, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Do not use Urnle to plan, encourage, recruit for, facilitate, or threaten violence, terrorism, abuse, or other unlawful harm.
• Do not use Urnle to identify targets, coordinate participants, obtain means, evade detection, or provide operational assistance for harmful conduct.
• Do not upload content that you do not have the right to store or share.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, copy the source code or share the source code of the Urnle app without clear written consent provided by The Boggler Inc.
• Do not use guide relationships to request clinical, emergency, or unlawful services.

Enforcement and termination

A material or repeated violation may result in immediate loss of access without prior warning. Enforcement decisions are based on the content and conduct available to Urnle and not on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. We may preserve limited records when reasonably necessary for security, fraud and abuse prevention, enforcement of these terms, protection from harm, or compliance with law.

When Urnle designates a content-based suspension as eligible for remediation, ordinary account activity is disabled but you may review, export, and delete existing journal entries and Gurnle conversations. An enforcement decision concerns content and account eligibility under these Terms; it is not a judgment about you as a person. People may reconsider a thought, change their mind, or decide they do not stand behind something they wrote. You do not need to apologize, explain your intent, or prove that change in order to use the available remediation process. The product will identify the content requiring action. After you choose to delete it, Urnle may automatically reevaluate the content that remains and reactivate the account if no clear violation remains. Other suspensions may be final and ineligible for reactivation.

Intellectual property

Urnle, Gurnle, and the service's software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other original materials are owned by The Boggler Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no rights in those materials are transferred to you.

Changes

We may update these terms as Urnle evolves. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
