A real person, when that matters
Journaling with an optional human perspective.
Sometimes reflection needs more than an algorithm. Urnle lets you choose a vetted human guide whose lived perspective feels useful, while making journal access an intentional relationship you can revoke.
Choose the kind of presence you want
Look for warmth, candor, life experience, or a perspective outside your usual circle rather than broadcasting a vulnerable thought to everyone you know.
Guidance stays in context
Written or audio responses can remain connected to the journal entry that inspired them, so your original experience stays central.
Peer reflection, not professional care
Human guides offer personal perspective. They do not replace therapists, doctors, attorneys, financial advisors, emergency responders, or other qualified professionals.
Common questions
Good to know before you begin.
What is a human guide on Urnle?
A human guide is a vetted person who can offer peer reflection and lived perspective through an intentional journal relationship.
Are Urnle guides therapists?
No. Human guides provide peer perspective, not therapy or licensed professional services.
What can an accepted guide access?
An accepted guide relationship authorizes your guide to view and offer insights about entries in your otherwise personal journal, which includes pre-existing and new entries, until you revoke access or the relationship otherwise ends.
Can I revoke a guide’s access?
Yes. You can end a guide relationship and revoke future in-product access through Urnle.
